ملاحظات اخلاقی در انتشار و کاربردی سازی نتایج تحقیق

زمینه و هدف: انتشار نتایج یک تحقیق بخشی از فرآیند تبدیل دانش ذهنی به دانش اجتماعی، انتقال دانش و کاربردی سازی آن محسوب می گردد. یافته های تحقیقات منتشره، مبنایی برای تحقیقات جدید بوده و ممکن است کاربردی گردد. از این رو مطالعه مروری حاضر با هدف تبیین ملاحظات اخلاقی در انتشار و کاربردی سازی نتایج تحقیق انجام گردیده است. مواد و روش ها: در این مرور روایتی ابتدا کلید واژه های publication ethicsیا ethics research وresearch utilization در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی magiran ، sid ، google ، scholar و pubmed جستجو و مقالات مرتبط مطالعه و تحلیل شد. ملاحظات اخلاقی: صداقت و امانت داری در تحلیل متون و استناددهی رعایت گردید. یافته ها: در مطالعه حاضر پس از مروری بر موارد نقض اخلاق در انتشار نتایج تحقیق، اصول اخلاقی در نشر نتایج پژوهش تحلیل شده و لزوم کاربردی سازی آن را به عنوان یک پلکان ضروری برای ترجمان دانش استدلال گردید. صداقت در تمامی جنبه های تحقیق، مسؤولیت پذیری و پاسخگویی در هدایت تحقیق، انصاف و حسن نیت حرفه ای در همکاری با دیگران و نظارت دقیق بر پژوهش چهار اصل مهمی است که در پایه ریزی یک تحقیق اخلاق مدار معرفی شده اند. در این مطالعه قاعده انتشار به موقع نتایج تحقیق و عدم تأخیر زمانی در انتشار و کاربردی سازی نتایج به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین ملاحظات اخلاقی شناخته شد. نتیجه گیری: به منظور رفع شکاف های دانش و تأمین شواهد علمی مورد نیاز در تصمیم گیری های بالینی و همچنین، سیاستگذاری سلامت، محققین ملزم به ارائه و انتشار به موقع نتایج تحقیق خود بر مبنای اصول اخلاقی می باشند. یافته های پژوهش بر نیاز به بازنگری راهنمای ملی اخلاق در انتشار آثار پژوهشی علوم پزشکی، آموزش و ظرفیت سازی برای ضمانت اجرای آن، و نیز اضافه نمودن زیرعنوان اخلاق در بهره برداری از نتایج تحقیق به مواد آن دلالت دارد.
